Agreement to Terms

DTO Wellness provides holistic health coaching services, including but not limited to one-on-one coaching, group programs, and wellness education. Our services are designed to support your health and wellness goals through education, guidance, and accountability.

Not Medical Advice

The information and services provided by DTO Wellness are for educational and informational purposes only and are not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Health coaching is not a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult with qualified healthcare providers regarding any medical conditions or health concerns.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information about your health history
Consult with your healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, or supplement regimen
Take responsibility for your own health decisions
Communicate openly and honestly during coaching sessions
Respect appointment scheduling policies

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due as specified in your coaching agreement. We offer various payment options including payment plans. All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the agreed-upon amounts.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours notice for session cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited. We understand that emergencies occur and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Confidentiality

We take your privacy seriously and maintain confidentiality of all information shared during coaching sessions, except as required by law or when there is a risk of harm to yourself or others. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

Intellectual Property

All content on the DTO Wellness website, including text, graphics, logos, and educational materials, is our property and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

DTO Wellness and its representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. You acknowledge that health outcomes vary and depend on many factors, and results are not guaranteed.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DTO Wellness from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
