Monthly Health Coaching is an ongoing program where we meet weekly for as long as you need support. Strategy Calls are one-off sessions (30, 45, or 60 minutes) for focused guidance on specific topics. Many clients start with a Strategy Call and then move into ongoing coaching. Clients benefit most from the initial 3-month program.
